Copy the tracking number from the dispatch email and use the carrier link provided. Allow 2-5 business days after dispatch for the first update.
No recent update?
International tracking may pause during carrier transfers or customs. If there is no update for 10 business days, email info@frostpet.com with your order and tracking numbers.
The secure order lookup form will be enabled when the live order system is connected.
